Do I need a permit before I can take lessons?
Yes. Students must have a permit or a driver's license before scheduling lessons.
Are all UCODREA lessons one-on-one individual instruction?
Yes. We do offer any group lessons.
Does UCODREA provide free student pick up and drop off?
Yes, in most cases. We can pick up students from home, school, or work. Locations more than 20 miles from the UCODREA office may have to meet us at office, the DMV, or at an alternate location within our service area.
Are UCODREA instructors trained to work with nervous drivers?
Yes. Our instructors are committed to teaching our students in the most positive and supportive manner possible.
Can I receive a discount on my insurance if I take lessons with UCODREA?
Yes, in most cases. We issue students a Certificate of Completion on their last lesson. Check with your insurance company to see if they have any specific requirements.
Are driving lessons given during inclement weather?
Lessons are conducted rain or shine. However, we will reschedule your lesson if the instructor deems the roads to be unsafe due to conditions such as snow, ice, or extreme rainy conditions.
